Karen was born and raised in Urbana and graduated from Urbana High School as well as Wittenberg University. She was a pre-school teacher for a few years and then began a career in the cemetery and funeral home field where she worked for about 13 years. Karen has three children, Mandy, Klayton and Kacy and a granddaughter, Zoe. She lives on a mini-farm, with her husband Tim, between Urbana and St. Paris. In her spare time, Karen likes to do yoga, garden and read. She is excited about her new career in the real estate field and to be working back in her community.
